Job Description
Study the tender documents, distribute to other engineers in tender department, and arrange for offers from at least three vendors for each items or equipments. Prepare the final bill of quantities. Prepare the comparative statements of offers, arrange the bid bond and prepare the bid cost of the tender submit to President for approval.
Prepare the complete commercial package to submit to client .Attend the post bid meeting and complete all technical and commercial requirements as per specification and clients requirements.
Arrange to prepare the complete documentation for handing over to project management for execution and procurement
Scrutiny for the scope of tender
Distribute to tender engineers for the respective scope
Appoint the lead engineer for the particular tender
Arrange for site visit and obtain the report
Seeking clarifications from the client
Arrange to send the enquires and consolidate the Suppliers list to submit to President for information
Prepare the final Bill of quantities
Prepare the comparative statements for all the equipments
Prepare the final statement of prices and submit to President for information and approval
Arrange for Bid bond for the required amount
prepare the commercial bid for submission
Report to president for the final details of the tender
Submit the Post bid clarification to the Client
Attend the meeting with client to finalize the post bid clarification and close the technical proposal
Arrange to prepare all documents to send to project management
send all the manufacturers offer with final discount to purchase
Graduated in Electrical Engineering, with minimum 10 years of experience as Tendering manager.
Salary will be offered after viewing your Resume / Negotiable.
