Job Description
We have an online store and looking for an individual to guide the customers and respond to queries about the products listing of our online store.
Customer service is very important as an individual will need to take calls and responding to emails therefore individual must possess excellent communication skills and very good command on English along with experience as this job involves.
Full training will be provided during the first month’s trial period and the tasks will
be trained during the trial
The job timing will be Monday to Saturday normally from 10 am - 6 pm. There will be three months’ probation period we will pay regular wage. Salary to be negotiated afterwards depending on what you are able to offer

Responsibilities:
Taking calls from customers and guide about products.
Responding to emails related to product information.

Job Specification
Candidate must have:
Excellent Communication Skills.
Excellent Command over English.
Excellent Computer Literacy and Internet Knowledge.
Enthusiastic and Full of Energy to Assist Customers.
Sound Analytically and Problem Solving Skills
