Job Description
This position require the clerical and technical skills to maintain proper inventory levels and stock records in a stores unit. Responsibilities include purchasing or requisitioning parts, equipment, materials, and supplies, computing cost supervising the routine phases of warehouse work.
Maintains a record of the amount, kind and value of items on hand.
Supervises packing, shipping and receiving operations.
Records distribution of stock items.
Assists with the receiving, storing and issuing of Inventory.
Reports to Department Head.
Maintain in excel Inventory reports.
Share periodically inventory status reports to Department Head.

Job Specification
Should have good written and oral communication skills.
Should have command over MS.Office, especially in excel.
Ability to exercise extreme accuracy in the maintenance of shipping and receiving records. Must have the ability to perform physical labor in moving stocks and maintaining work area in a clean and orderly condition.

Candidate having relevant skills set and required working experience will be preferred.
