We are an IT Outsourcing and Web Design and Development firm based out of Dallas, Texas, USA
We are urgently looking for at least 1 individuals to join our growing team as Business Development Executives in Karachi, Pakistan office.
Our target market is the U.S. Therefore, phone, email and instant messenger communication will be on a daily basis. Preference will be given to those of who have lived or studied abroad.
Working hours for this position are from 3PM to 12 AM Pakistan time.
Considering the nature of the job it’s based indoor and traveling is close to zero.


Required Skills
To Lead Team of Business Development executives and managers.
Completely revamp the policies and structures of Business Development Department.
Expertise in branding is required.
To generate quality leads that result in sales
Strategize effectively to create new customers on a continuous basis
Develop and execute sales/marketing proposals
Make presentations to clients and close sales
Build and maintain good relationships with potential and existing clients based in Australia and America.
Work with team to achieve sales performance targets.
Understand the requirements of the customer and map it to the available products of the organization or to the expertise and skills within the organization
Develop a complete understanding of the customer segment for such products
continuously monitor customer satisfaction
Provide strategic inputs through proposals based on what the market demands
Selected candidate will be on probation for 3 months.

Job Specification
Required Skills
MUST hold a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in IT, Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration
Must have excellent English communication skills - writing, speaking and listening
Self-motivated individuals having aptitude of sales & marketing and who can bring new ideas/channels for revenue generation
should’ve previous knowledge of IT products sales and marketing
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience is required related to IT Products.
Salary 40K to 70K PLUS commission (Depends on Talent)
