We need individuals having expert command over English language to assist / communicate effectively over Live Chat, Email and phone with our existing / new clients from almost all over the world.
This is pure inbound campaign where team members will be required to train the clients on our product and will answer any queries they may have about the product.
Training will be provided (only about the product and not English language itself ;) You must have that expertise)
Job Specification
Highly Professional and skilled members to communicate effectively in English language. Please note that applicant must have sound command over English language; especially written communication skills should be outstanding.
