To perform all the desktop support related tasks
To perform server & backup on the daily, weekly & monthly schedule
To provide first level technical support related to networks & systems to internal & external users
To perform routine maintenance of DataCenter with the admin staff
To maintain Windows servers for Email,DNS, Antivirus, etc.
To maintain Linux servers for Databases
Perform Software installation and Hardware support.
Reports to HOD.
IT Inventory management.
Can configure email address.
Job Specification
Should have knowledge about Computer's components and can fix hardware related issues.
Ability to perform initial PC support independently
Should have good communication skills.
Should have persistent personality.
